Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) has announced a joint venture with Tokyo Tatemono, the oldest real estate development company in Japan with a history spanning over 126 years, to develop the Atmoz Oasis On Nut condominium project valued at 2.2 billion baht. The plan aims to create synergy by combining the extensive know-how and experience of the partner, enhancing the expertise in real estate development to add value to the project and elevate the quality of living with a Luxury Resort style, targeting to expand its customer base to meet the needs of both Thai and foreign clients.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading lifestyle real estate developer under the concept of "Happiness Designed for You" or "We Build Happiness," stated that the company is moving forward with a significant business expansion through a joint venture with Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., a leading real estate developer listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. ASW holds a 51% stake while Tokyo Tatemono holds 49% to develop the "Atmoz Oasis On Nut" condominium project under the concept "The Oasis Within City Resort Lost in The Garden," featuring 1,110 units valued at 2.2 billion baht, set in a natural environment in the heart of On Nut.

Tokyo Tatemono is one of the oldest and largest developers in Japan, starting from developing properties that meet the needs of people in each era and continuously diversifying its real estate projects. The "Atmoz Oasis On Nut" project will feature facilities akin to a large oasis covering over 3 rai, providing a Luxury Resort living experience in collaboration with Tokyo Tatemono, which brings its long-standing experience and synergy to the project. Atmoz Oasis On Nut combines the strengths of Tokyo Tatemono in construction quality with ASW's unique design to genuinely enhance the quality of life and add value for residents.

Tokyo Tatemono is a publicly listed real estate developer with total assets valued at 1,650,770 million yen or approximately 438,291 million baht as of the end of 2021, developing residential and commercial properties such as office buildings and commercial buildings in various high-potential locations across Japan. This joint venture reinforces mutual confidence as partners.
